Tube Filling and Sealing Machines

Three sealing methods are available: heat sealing (hot air) for laminated tubes, ultrasonic sealing (20KHz) which welds plastic tubes without adhesives or external heat for clean pollution-free seals, and fold/crimp sealing (single, double, three-time, or saddle-type fold) primarily used for aluminum and metal tubes.

Production capacity depends on the automation level. Semi-automatic tabletop models produce 10-50 tubes per minute (300-700 tubes/hour), ideal for small-batch or R&D production. Fully automatic rotary indexing models reach 30-80 tubes per minute, or 1,800-4,800 tubes per hour, suited for high-volume industrial manufacturing.

Yes. All product-contact parts are constructed from 316L stainless steel, meeting GMP compliance standards required for pharmaceutical and food-grade manufacturing. Machines also include photoelectric detection to prevent contamination and waste, plus safety features like automatic shutdown when the machine door is opened.
