The EC-801 Automatic Case Erector and Bottom Sealer is designed for erecting cases, combined with a case bottom sealing function in a single feed. Its high efficiency performance permits the erection of 320-500 cases per hour. Erecting capacity is adjustable to meet various sizes of cases.

EC-702A Semi-Automatic Random Case Sealer
The EC-702A Auto Random Case Sealer is a cost-efficient top and bottom case sealing machine for runs of cases that are not the same size profile. The operator simply folds the top flaps of the corrugated carton and feeds it into the machine, and it will automatically adjust to the carton dimensions. The machine applies a single strip of tape to both the top and bottom of the carton simultaneously.

EC-705 Automatic Uniform Case Sealer
The EC-705 is an Auto Uniform Flap Folding and Case Sealing Machine, designed of heavy-duty steel construction which can meet the requirements of a variety of carton sealing profiles and high production rates. Automatic means that this uniform case sealer folds the major and minor flaps and then tapes the top and bottom of the box. It includes top and bottom side drive belts, auto top flap folding, manual adjustment for carton size, and three drive motors.

EC-706 Automatic Uniform Edge Sealer
The EC-706 Top Bottom Drive Automatic Edge Sealer for cases works in conjunction with the EC-705 automatic case sealer or the EC-702 semi-automatic case sealer. First, the case is sealed by the case sealer on the center line of the top and bottom of the case. Then the case is pushed off 90 degrees into the edge sealer where it completes the “H” seal top and bottom. If you need a system that runs a straight line, we can integrate a 90-degree turntable and eliminate the shuttle.
